Self-Defense Seminar!

Master Ball and Master Fletcher each have decades of experience in numerous martial arts styles. They have taught self-defense all around country and in Europe. 

We will teach you simple and effective techniques to defend yourself against hair grabs, attacks from behind, and how to attack soft targets (eyes, throat, groin, solar plexus)

Male, female, young or old, we will teach you how to defend yourself in a variety of situations, and the importance of being aware of your surroundings.

We talk to students about bullying, how to avoid a fight, and conflict resolution, and if necessary, how to defend themselves.
